Project Manager

We are currently in search of a highly skilled Project Manager to become an integral part of our team at Boogie Creative Studio. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of project management principles and thrive in a dynamic, creative environment.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality execution of strategies and content creation.
Create innovative online and offline strategies for each brand project, tailored to their unique goals and target audiences.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet project objectives and deadlines. Overseeing the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Lead the team to achieve the established goals for each project, taking into account each client’s needs and demands. Collaborating with cross-functional teams within the agency to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop creative solutions to solve problems and respond effectively to unforeseen events to achieve the best outcomes.
Manage resources efficiently to optimize productivity and meet project milestones. Implementing project management tools and methodologies to streamline processes and enhance project efficiency.
Take ownership of brand management initiatives, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all projects. Manage assigned brands with total control, ensuring consistency and quality across all content. Maintain open and professional communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and optimal results are achieved.

Requirements:

Full-time availability
1-2 years of experience in a creative agency environment, demonstrating a track record of successful project management.
Strong presentation skills
Experience in brand management, with a keen understanding of brand strategy and visual identity.

Motion Graphic Designer
